Step 1: Access the Official Website

• Visit ssc.gov.in.
• Alternatively, use the direct link provided under “Useful Important Links” on the page.

Step 2: Start a New Registration

• Click on the “New Registration” tab to begin.

Step 3: Enter Basic Details

• Provide the following:
  • Full Name
  • Father’s Name & Mother’s Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • High School (Class 10) Roll Number

Step 4: Verify and Submit

• Double-check the entered details.
• Click Submit to proceed.

Step 5: OTP Verification

• An OTP will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
• Enter the OTP to complete this step.

Step 6: Registration Number Generation

• Upon verification, your OTR Registration Number will appear on the screen.

Step 7: Update Default Password

• Access your email to retrieve the default password.
• Login with your registration number and default password.
• Change the default password by creating a custom password:
  • Use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
  • Password must be at least 8 characters long.

Step 8: Set Security Questions

• Select two security questions for password recovery in case of future issues.

Step 9: Complete Additional Details

• Login again using the new password.
• Fill in:
  • Nationality
  • Category
  • Visible Identification Mark
  • Permanent and Local Address

Step 10: Final Preview and Submission

• Click Preview to review all information.
• Correct any errors before final submission.
• Accept the declaration and click Submit Form.

Step 11: Dashboard Access

• Registration is now complete!
• Use your SSC Dashboard to:
  • Apply for new recruitments
  • Check admit cards and results
