Step 1: New User Registration

1. If you are a new user, click on “New Registration” to create your account.
2. Fill in the following details:
   • Name
   • Father’s Name
   • Date of Birth
   • Email ID
   • Mobile Number
   • Category (General/OBC/SC/ST/EWS)
   • Gender
   • Disability Status (if applicable)
3. Set a Password and re-enter it for confirmation.
4. Agree to the terms and conditions.
5. Submit the registration details, and you will receive a Registration Number and Password on your registered email or mobile.

Step 2: Login to Your Account

1. Use the Registration Number and Password you received during the registration process to log in.
2. After logging in, you will be redirected to the RRB CEN 07/2024 application page.

Step 3: Fill the Application Form

1. Personal Information

   • Full Name
   • Father’s Name
   • Date of Birth
   • Gender
   • Category (General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS)
   • Nationality

2. Educational Qualification

   • Select your highest qualification (e.g., 10th, 12th, Graduate, etc.)
   • Enter details of the Board/University, Year of Passing, and Percentage of Marks.

3. Post Preference

   • Choose the posts you are applying for (e.g., PGT, TGT, Technician, etc.).

4. Address Details

   • Permanent and Correspondence Address
   • State, District, Pincode

5. Choice of Exam Center

   • Select your preferred exam center from the list of available options.

Step 4: Upload Required Documents

You need to upload scanned copies of the following documents in the prescribed format (JPG/PNG for photographs and signature, PDF for documents):

1. Photograph (Passport size)
2. Signature
3. ID Proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.)
4. Category Certificate (if applicable)
5. Disability Certificate (if applicable)

Step 5: Preview the Application

1. Before final submission, click on “Preview” to review the details you entered.
2. Make sure all the information is correct, including personal details, educational qualifications, and uploaded documents.
3. If any details are incorrect, use the “Edit” option to make changes.

Step 6: Pay the Application Fee

1. If applicable, pay the application fee through the available payment methods:
   • Debit Card
   • Credit Card
   • Net Banking
   • UPI
2. Fee details:
   • General/OBC/EWS Candidates: ₹500 (Refundable after exam)
   • SC/ST/Female/Transgender/PWD: ₹250 (Refundable after exam)
3. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation receipt.

Step 7: Submit the Application

1. Once the fee payment is successful, click on “Submit” to complete the application process.
2. Download and take a printout of the final application form and payment receipt for future reference.

Step 8: Final Confirmation and Printout

1. After submitting the application, you will be redirected to a confirmation page.
2. Save or print the confirmation page and the application receipt for your records.

Important Tips

• Ensure that all your details are correct before submitting the application form, as any mistakes may lead to rejection.
• Keep a scanned copy of your photo, signature, and documents ready in the prescribed size and format.
• Don’t forget to pay the application fee; otherwise, your form will not be considered.
