Step 1: Registration

• Click on the link for Act Apprentices Recruitment 2024-2025.
• Click on the New Registration button.
• Fill in basic details like name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number.
• Submit the registration form to receive a Registration ID and Password via email/SMS.

Step 2: Login to Your Account

• Use the Registration ID and Password to log in.
• Access the application form for the Trade Apprentice Post.

Step 3: Fill in the Application Form

• Enter personal details: Name, Parent/Guardian Name, Address, and Contact Information.
• Provide educational qualifications: Matriculation and ITI details, including trade and institute.
• Select your preferred trade for the apprenticeship.

Step 4: Upload Required Documents

• Ensure scanned copies of the following are ready:
  • Passport-sized Photograph (in JPG format, size as per instructions).
  • Signature (in JPG format, size as per instructions).
  • Educational Certificates (Matriculation and ITI).
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable).
  • Disability Certificate (if applicable).

Step 5: Review the Application Form

• Double-check all the details you have entered.
• Ensure there are no errors or missing fields.

Step 6: Pay the Application Fee (if applicable)

• Use the provided payment gateway to pay the fee online through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Step 7: Submit the Form

• Click on the Final Submit button.
• A confirmation message will appear upon successful submission.

Step 8: Download and Print the Application Form

• Save a copy of the submitted form for future reference.
• Print a hard copy to keep as proof of application.
