NIACL Assistant Recruitment 2024 Eligibility & Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Minimum Qualification:
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) from a recognized university or its equivalent qualification.
- Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in the local language of the state/region for which the candidate is applying.
- Basic knowledge of computers is desirable.
2. Age Limit
Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 30 years
(As of 01/12/2024)Age Relaxation (as per government norms):
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwD (General): 10 years
- PwD (SC/ST): 15 years
- PwD (OBC): 13 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per rules
- Candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir: 5 years
3. Nationality
- Candidates must be:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, intending to settle permanently in India, or
- A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries intending to settle permanently in India.
4. Local Language Proficiency
- Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the local language of the state/UT for which they are applying. This may be assessed during the selection process.
Important Notes
- Ensure all educational qualifications and documents are valid and obtained from recognized institutions.
- Age relaxation is applicable only for candidates with supporting documents.
- Meeting the eligibility criteria is mandatory for the application to be considered valid.

Registration
- Click on the “Apply Online” link for Assistant Recruitment 2024.
- Complete the registration process by entering your basic details like name, email ID, and phone number.
- Note down the system-generated Registration Number and Password.
Login to Fill Application Form
- Login using the Registration Number and Password.
- Enter personal, academic, and other required details in the application form.
Upload Documents
- Upload scanned copies of the following:
- Recent passport-sized photograph (as per guidelines).
- Signature (as per guidelines).
- ID proof (such as Aadhaar, PAN, etc.).
- Other relevant certificates (educational qualifications, category certificates, etc.).
