Step-by-Step Guide for Filling Out the Online Form : NCRTC Various Post Bharti 2025

Step 1: Read the Notification
First of all, read the official notification carefully and check your eligibility criteria.

Step 2: Prepare the Documents
Before filling the form, prepare the following documents:

• ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, etc.)
• Eligibility Documents (Degree/Diploma/ITI Certificate)
• Address Proof
• Photo & Signature Scan

Step 3: Fill the Online Form

• Visit the Official Website: Visit the official website of NCRTC.
• Register: If you are applying for the first time, register as a new user.
• Login: After registration, login and fill the application form.
• Fill Personal Details: Name, DOB, Category, Gender, Mobile Number, Email, etc. enter.
• Fill Educational Qualification: Fill your diploma/degree or ITI details.

Step 4: Upload Documents
Scan your documents and upload them in the prescribed format:

• Passport Size Photo
• Signature
• Required Certificates

Step 5: Pay Fees
If applicable, pay fee through online mode (Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking).

Step 6: Check Final Submission & Preview
Before submitting, check the preview of the form carefully. If there is any mistake, edit it.

Step 7: Keep the print out
After submitting the form, take a print out of it which can be useful in the further process.

Note:

• NCRTC Recruitment 2025 form can be filled from 24 March 2025 to 24 April 2025.
• No correction will be allowed after the form is submitted.
• The exam date will be conducted in May 2025.
