Step 1: Create a Profile on MPESB Portal

2. Click on “New User Registration” or “Profile Creation”.

4. Complete the profile by filling in personal details (name, DOB, gender, etc.).

Step 2: Complete E-KYC Verification

1. After profile creation, log in to your MPESB account.

2. Complete E-KYC using your Aadhaar details.

   • If biometric verification is required (for unlinked mobile numbers), visit an MP Online Kiosk.

Step 3: Register with MP Employment Office

3. Note down your Employment Registration Number (required for the MPESB application).

Step 4: Access the MPESB Group 4 Application Form

1. Log in to your MPESB profile.

2. Find the notification: “Group 4 Recruitment 2025” and click “Apply Online”.

Step 5: Fill the Application Form

1. Personal Details:

   • Enter name, father’s name, category, address, etc.

   • Provide the MP Employment Registration Number.

2. Educational/Work Details:

   • Add qualifications (10th, 12th, graduation) and work experience (if applicable).

3. Post Preference:

   • Select the desired post (e.g., Stenographer, Assistant Grade-3).

Step 6: Upload Documents

• Required Scans (as per specifications):

  • Passport-size photo (JPEG/PNG, 20–50 KB).

  • Signature (JPEG/PNG, 10–20 KB).

  • Educational certificates (PDF, 100–500 KB).

  • Aadhaar card (PDF).

Step 7: Pay Application Fee

1. Check the fee amount for your category (General/OBC/SC/ST).

2. Pay online via debit/credit card, net banking, or at an MP Online Kiosk.

3. Save the payment receipt for future reference.

Step 8: Review and Submit

1. Double-check all entered details (name, qualifications, post preference).

2. Click “Submit” to finalize the application.

Step 9: Download Confirmation

1. After submission, download/print the application confirmation page.

2. Keep it safe for future stages (admit card, document verification).
